Trauma-Informed Therapy

Toxic Relationships Don’t Have to Define Your Future

Helping individuals and couples transform trauma into growth and heal from depression, anxiety, and grief.

I help individuals, couples, and families break free from old patterns and build healthier, more loving relationships.

If you often put others' needs ahead of your own, worry about how everyone else feels more than how you feel, or take on other people’s problems even when it hurts you, you may have grown up in a family where healthy emotional patterns were hard to learn. Many people who don’t have their emotional needs met in childhood become the caretakers of their families, sacrificing their own needs and never truly getting to just be a child. As adults, they often feel deeply lonely, struggle to ask for what they need, and continue neglecting themselves in relationships and in other ways, leading to depression, anxiety, exhaustion, burnout, and hopelessness.

You might find yourself repeating these patterns in your current relationships, taking on most of the emotional workload, or, on the other hand, avoiding closeness altogether for fear of being taken advantage of again. Either way, it can feel isolating and overwhelming. But you don’t have to stay stuck. Therapy can help you set boundaries, protect your energy, and live in a way that feels true to you. Rather than feeling guilty or ashamed, you can reclaim your power by finding your voice and embracing your authentic self.

Many of my clients struggle with family members who don’t share their values or support their choices. If you've been betrayed by a partner or had to distance yourself from loved ones due to ongoing conflict, you know that even when you set boundaries, the pain and grief lingers.

But healing is possible. My clients are deeply committed to breaking cycles of generational trauma, and with the right support, they find safety, peace, and joy. My goal is to help you build a secure, fulfilling life and cultivate relationships that feel healthy, supportive, and true to who you are.

Hello and Welcome! I’m Tiffany

I know it's difficult to find help. I know you may have tried therapy before only to find that it didn't resolve your problems. I admire your resilience in seeking a therapist. I know it's difficult to trust that you can heal; I believe that you can. I invite you to therapy where we will work to resolve your pain and help you feel safe in therapy, which we will then work to expand to your body, your relationships, your family, your home, and your life.

I value diversity and welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to therapy as individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be a warm, genuine, accepting space for people to heal and grow.

Whether you're feeling stuck, working to repair or deepen your relationships, trying to regain control of your life, or seeking purpose, I will work with you to help you understand how your past is impacting you, how to navigate your current challenges, and how to build the future you desire.
